General Manager- January Start - Up to 50k plus bonus

We're looking for a General Manager for what is possibly the most beautiful pub in the Covent Garden area. This gorgeous pub is true melting pot of the traditional and the modern, and has a range of spaces over 5 floors to keep our guests entertained:


The top-floor roof terrace boasts jaw-dropping West End views, perfect for sipping cocktails in style, rain or shine. The Records Room? Laughter-filled, sing-your-heart-out karaoke corner (yes, embarrassing high notes totally welcome). The Constabulary on the second floor is hands-down the most swoon-worthy spot in Covent Garden for private dining, while the first-floor bar and terrace are like a lively, open-armed extension of the main pub downstairs.


We're looking for a people focused General Manager that has experience building sales in a similar business - a city centre, premium pub. You'll have experience working with fresh food and be motiviated to maximise the truly fabulous spaces within this "new-fashioned" West End Saloon!

Running a Pub for Young's:
