Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly within food service, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and delivering outstanding customer service. The General Manager will be responsible for creating a positive work environment and fostering a culture of excellence among the team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food production and adherence to safety standards. Lead team management efforts by hiring, training, and developing employees to enhance their skills and performance. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and hospitality practices. Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect seasonal trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate supplies are available. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members. Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in catering or bar operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service Experience in stock control, supplier management, and event coordination. Knowledge of Indian cuisine and hospitality practices is a strong advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: 27,000.00-43,000.00 per year
