Salary: 55/58,000
Location: Central London - Mayfair

Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing a branded or independent cafe, restaurant, or casual dining site
- Ability to think independently, be a self-starter, and drive sales
- A strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences every time
- Committed to training, motivating, and developing a team
- At least 2 years' experience in a management role
- Confident in stock management, budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing
- Great working hours with a strong work-life balance
- Opportunity to join at a pivotal time and influence the business at board level
- Clear progression opportunities as the brand expands - potential to grow into an Operations Manager role
