Job Overview:

We are seeking a

hands-on, experienced General Manager

to lead and inspire our team. You'll be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, staff leadership, guest satisfaction, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience in a hospitality setting and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Manage, train, and motivate front and back-of-house teams. Oversee food and drink service with a focus on quality and consistency. Plan and execute regular events and entertainment, including live music and theme nights. Maintain excellent customer service standards in all areas, including the

beer garden and terrace

. Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier relationships. Respond to customer feedback professionally and effectively. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within hospitality. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of food-led pub operations and event planning. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
