Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a focus on food and beverage management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to guide our team in delivering outstanding service while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage all aspects of the establishment, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Supervise and train staff in bartending, food preparation, and kitchen operations to ensure high-quality service. Implement and maintain food safety protocols to guarantee compliance with health regulations. Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary, and managing costs effectively. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team-building activities. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a high standard of hospitality. Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.

Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams within the hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of bartending practices, food preparation techniques, and kitchen operations.
