The teams in this Business Line contribute, along with the Group\'s geographical entities, to supporting local authorities and companies in their environmental transition, as well as citizens to facilitate their access to a more sustainable consumption.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

SALARY: \xc2\xa355000-\xc2\xa360000 DOE
BONUS: Company car and 0-9-15 bonus
LOCATION: Hybrid - Regular travel to Maidenhead (once a week) / Southampton (every other week) / Bristol as well as occasional international travel as required.
WORKING PATTERN: 37.5 hours a week Mon to Fri

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/DESCRIPTION:
Are you an experienced and confident people leader with the ability to confidently set the direction of the business and articulate the need for change?

If so, we are recruiting for a General Manager who will be responsible for providing day to day leadership and direction for the business. Working closely with the Suez Digital Leadership team they will be responsible for delivering the business strategy, leading product development, deployment and growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for leading the day to day operations of Inflowmatix Ltd.
Lead and manage all employees of Inflowmatix promoting development and employee engagement.
Develop and control budgets and carry out all necessary financial analysis to ensure that costs are controlled, and service maintained to the required standards
Accountability for the overall business success of Inflowmatix
Oversee the development of Firmware and Software solutions with our suppliers, agreeing delivery timelines, product development roadmaps, milestones and check points with inhouse development teams and external contractors.
As part of the Digital Leadership team in the UK, be accountable for the overall success of the wider Digital business, supporting our growth and profitability targets, collaborating with other business units, strategic partners and customers to deliver out objectives.
Manage contractor relationships from negotiating and agreeing deliverables to ensuring performance requirements are met.
Direct the implementation and management of changes to the business and ensure they are met.
Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are adhered to and the wider Suez Group policies and practices are followed.
Keep us on track, focussed on our goals and ensure we have the right resources in place.

Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role?

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Degree level education preferably in either engineering, programming or software development.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You will ideally have experience in a similar role, leading a similar Small / Medium sized enterprise.
A background in Firmware / Software development especially relating to sensors and monitoring systems would be a real advantage.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
You must be an excellent communicator, able to work at a wide range of levels with sometimes complex scientific and technical subject matter - able to distil what is important and to articulate it in way that is accessible to all.
You will need to be flexible and adaptable, comfortable learning new things and take a hands on approach.
