Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (on-site daily)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of CMF's operations. Reporting to the company board, the General Manager will act with full autonomy and responsibility, ensuring the smooth running of the business while driving performance, operational excellence, financial health, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Provide strong and visible day-to-day leadership to all departments (operations, sales, production, finance, and administration).
Set clear strategic direction for the company in alignment with long-term business objectives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
Operational Oversight
Oversee all operational functions including powder coating, blasting, wet painting, and general production.
Ensure workflows are efficient, cost-effective, and in compliance with quality and health & safety standards.
Monitor project performance and ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and client retention strategies.
Maintain and grow key customer relationships.
Oversee pricing and quotation processes to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Finance & P&L Management
Take full ownership of the Profit & Loss statement.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Report on business performance regularly and transparently.
Team & People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all business units.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure accountability across the team.
Manage recruitment and workforce planning in collaboration with HR or external advisors.
Systems & KPI Development
Develop and implement effective systems to track productivity, sales, costs, and client satisfaction.
Introduce and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments to measure and drive performance.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with all legal, health and safety, and environmental regulations.
Promote a culture of safe working practices at all times.
Lead the business toward quality standards such as ISO 9001.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic decisions.
Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing production processes, client relationships, and safety protocols.
Driven, solution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
