Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Oversee food preparation and production processes, adhering to food safety standards. Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, ensuring quality and creativity in offerings. Maintain inventory levels for food and supplies, managing costs effectively. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant sector. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and production. Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality experiences.
