Now, we're looking for a
General Manager
to lead the venue at the highest level. Someone who understands what true hospitality looks like, delivers excellence as standard, and knows how to inspire a team to perform at their best.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Take full ownership of the day-to-day performance of the venue, from floor leadership to financial delivery.
Deliver a best-in-class guest experience that matches the elevated expectations of the brand.
Build and maintain a performance-led culture
Drive sales, manage costs, and constantly look for ways to raise the bar.
Ensure operational precision across service, compliance, training and guest feedback.
Work closely with the leadership team to maximise the venue's long-term potential.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A highly experienced hospitality leader with at least 5+ years in senior restaurant or premium venue management.
Strong operational knowledge and confidence in running and driving high-volume, high-standard service environments.
A calm, professional presence - not just on the floor, but in decision-making and people management.
A leader who coaches, holds accountability, and builds a culture of consistency and pride.
Sharp attention to detail and a commercial mindset to match.
Someone who takes pride in the guest experience and understands that every detail counts.
