General Manager

Are you a dynamic and experienced bar professional looking for a new challenge? We're on the hunt for a passionate General Manager to lead our small, intimate team of 10-12 people.

You'll be responsible for leading and inspiring the team, creating a lively atmosphere for both staff and customers. We need someone who is friendly, energetic, and a true team player with a genuine passion for great service.

Your role will involve managing the day-to-day business, from making smart decisions to ensuring smooth operations. A key part of the job is maintaining our high standards and helping our small business grow.

You will be working very closely with both the regional manager and the operations manager to ensure the success of the business and will be front and centre of any ideas that should be implemented into the business.

The ideal candidate will have;

Prior experience as a general manager or an experienced AGM. A passion for food and drink (including cocktails) A keen eye for detail and is efficient with admin. A passion for customer service and interactions.
Salary: 31,800 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, with paid overtime.
