Then we've got an exciting opportunity for you to join our KFC teams at our Manchester restaurants as a General Manager!

You will be known as a Restaurant General Manager or RGM

Our General Managers not only run our restaurants, but you are an authentic brand ambassador who also happens to love our chicken and chips. Our General Managers have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds and you will partner with your Area Coach and rest of your management team to run the restaurant like your own but also continue to develop yourself and your team.

You will not only be joining the KFC team but the Soul Foods family. Soul Foods Group of Companies is a family-owned business, established in the UK but now with an established portfolio in Canada, comprising of four global brands, KFC, Starbucks, Burger King (in Canada) and Taco Bell, totalling over 400 Restaurants.

Experience of leading and developing a team in an operational, fast-paced environment Drive, passion, and enthusiasm Strong interpersonal and communication skills Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time, permanentbasis
