We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities spanning from supervising staff to managing food production and service.

Duties

Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including supervising staff in various roles such as kitchen, bartending, and food preparation. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are maintained throughout the kitchen and dining areas. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food production processes. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance while fostering a positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolutions to maintain service excellence. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies regarding food handling and hygiene.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and development. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is highly desirable. Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. A passion for the hospitality industry coupled with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
