Summary

As the General Manager at FunnyBoyz, you will oversee the daily operations of our dynamic venues, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving our mission to create fun and memorable experiences for all our patrons.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of venue operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Oversee food production, preparation, and safety standards across all venues. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offers effectively. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers. Experience in bartending or kitchen operations is a plus.
