Responsibilities



Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards Manage team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety policies Coordinate food production processes to optimise efficiency and minimise waste Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the establishment Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

Requirements



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and serving techniques Leadership qualities with excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail A personable approach with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
