We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our establishment and ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment. Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular training sessions for team members on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability among staff.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector, with a strong emphasis on team management. Strong Bar experience as well as a deep understanding of food. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, along with a track record of effective leadership in a fast-paced environment. Experience in weeding and functions business will be considered an asset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
