Public is an independent coffee shop and bakery, known for our obsession with Nutella croissants.

We believe in good coffee that isn't complicated, and our ovens are always busy baking fresh loaves, flaky croissants, and an ever-evolving list of homemade goodies.

We welcome everyone at Public, from families sharing meals and students finding inspiration, to professionals networking and friends enjoying moments of togetherness.

Housed in quirky buildings, we celebrate the charm of original architecture and preserve authenticity by showcasing exposed elements that add character to our spaces.

Public is growing, and we're on the hunt for a General Manager for our Coffee shop in the heart of Mountsorrel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be leading our Coffee shop from the front, working alongside our dream team, setting the tone, and making sure everything (and everyone) is running smoothly. You'll continue to build on a culture that feels unmistakably Public!

We're looking for someone who's confident, full of energy, and excited to lead the team and be part of the community. The kind of person who loves the details, brings calm to the chaos of a busy service, and makes people feel at home the second they walk in.
