Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Support kitchen staff in food preparation and culinary tasks to maintain high-quality standards.
Implement and uphold food safety regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Oversee team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations of staff members.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant and bar.
Handle customer feedback professionally, addressing any concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Prepare reports on operational performance, including financial metrics, for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a kitchen environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
