Duties
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
Manage and train bar staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Develop and implement innovative beverage menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock without overextending resources.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within a bar setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the hospitality industry.
Experience in menu development or culinary arts is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Must hold a valid personal Licence.
