Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food, Cocktails and hospitality industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, and service are maintained. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment while driving the success of our team.

Evening and Weekend work is a must the venues main opening hours are Friday to Sunday

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including food preparation, cooking, and Table service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Manage kitchen operations, including food production and inventory control. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Lead team management efforts by recruiting, training, and developing staff members. Foster a positive dining experience for guests through exceptional hospitality. Implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain financial records and manage budgets effectively.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential. Background in food production and kitchen management is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within the industry. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
