We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in managing quick service, as well as fine dining experiences. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to develop and train staff effectively. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock management.
Implement effective budgeting strategies to maximize profitability.
Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.
Supervise kitchen management, including food preparation and production processes.
Handle cash management and POS systems.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently.
Manage shift schedules and staffing levels to optimize operational efficiency.
Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members.
Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices.
Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menu offerings.
Oversee catering services and banquet operations as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management.
Strong background in food preparation.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising staff.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
Experience in training & development of staff members.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to manage budgets effectively while driving operational success.
Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred.
Culinary experience is an asset; barista or coffee experience is a plus.
