Role Summary:

The General Manager will lead and coordinate the Management Team to ensure efficient, reliable, safe, and profitable distribution services. They will drive operational excellence and cost efficiency while ensuring the company meets its lifeline obligations to remote customers and maintains compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for achieving the company's Vision, upholding its Values, and implementing strategies that support sustainable growth and high service standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive experience in senior operations/logistics/distribution, ideally with remote/rural/complex routing. Strong financial acumen. Leadership of multiple managers and diverse workforce. Proven experience in reviewing operational models and implementing cost efficiencies Knowledge and able to work through challenging circumstances Experience managing refrigerated freight/cold chain is a bonus
