Overview

We are seeking an euthanistic and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our beautiful destination Coaching Inn. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurant or hotel settings. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Our stunning Inn has nine bedrooms surrounded by a picturesque terrace.

Duties

Lead and manage a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, production, and service, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement effective training programmes for staff on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while adhering to budgetary constraints. Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurants or hotels. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food preparation, production techniques, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with customers and staff alike. A passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards in all aspects of operations.
