GENERAL MANAGER - Little & Large Pub Company

Salary - 50,000 per annum inclusive of Tronc

Bonus - 5000 per annum performance related bonus

Plus portion of residual tronc

Schedule - Full Time

Experience - Previous experience in a similar role

Little & Large Pub Company are looking for a talented General Manager to join the team at Leicester Arms Country Inn in Penshurst, Kent. The ideal candidate will come from a strong Pub & restaurant background and be passionate about Food & Beverage and must have sound knowledge about rooms.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Extensive experience in fine dining establishments with a focus on BEDROOMS Expertise in crafting and curating beverage menus that complement the sites high standards Lead, mentor, and develop the bar team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery Foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement within the bar staff Design innovative, seasonal drink menus that highlight the restaurant's ethos and culinary offerings Minimum of Level 2 WSET qualification or similar Deep passion for great drinks, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers Manage bar-related costs, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising on quality Monitor inventory and optimise supply chains to minimise waste and maximise profitability
