We are on the hunt for a creative General Manager.

NORA'S is a sister restaurant to Zephyr Burgers in Plymouth and is all about modern British comfort food.

Working with some of the best local suppliers in the game NORA'S will be home to great food and a place for warm hospitality.

NORA'S is about that warm nostalgic feeling we get from food, its a celebration of traditional British dishes for a modern audience. It's a place for everyone and anyone and the food is going to be the star of the show

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead by Example:

Show your team how it's done, from managing service flow to dealing with challenges gracefully.

Recruit, train, and motivate a stellar crew who share your passion for hospitality.

Drive Sustainability:

Work closely with suppliers to source amazing, local, and sustainable ingredients.

Collaborate with the team to craft innovative menus, events, and experiences that keep guests coming back for more.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Proven

General Manager

experience in high-quality, high-energy restaurants. A passion for

sustainable practices

and love for fresh, local ingredients. Strong business acumen - you're as comfortable analyzing numbers as you are chatting with guests. A knack for building a culture of positivity, fun, and excellence.
Plymouth has a burgeoning dining scene and is a great place to live with access to some incredible beaches and Dartmoor on our doorstep. If you're looking for a change from a big city, we couldn't recommend Plymouth enough for quality of life, affordability and access to nature.

Work life balance is alway at our core and as such NORA'S will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays so there will always be a guaranteed two consecutive days off a week
