We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess very strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a productive and efficient work environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, culinary operations, and adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all restaurant and bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Manage and train staff, creating a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
Collaborate with food and Drink operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in food safety practices.
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with bartending staff to ensure a well-rounded beverage service that complements the culinary offerings.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong background in culinary or food service management.
Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership within a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and encourage staff.
Experience in supervising diverse teams while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
