The Role

We're seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our UK/EMEA operations in a fully remote capacity. This executive-level role carries full P&L responsibility, operational oversight, and strategic leadership across our regional business.

You'll partner with our global leadership team to deliver revenue growth, operational excellence, and world-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional business strategy aligned with global objectives. Own regional P&L, including financial performance, forecasting, and reporting. Lead and mentor a remote cross-functional team spanning sales, delivery, marketing, and customer success. Drive new business, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives across EMEA. Collaborate with global product, marketing, and corporate functions to align execution. Ensure the highest standards of operational governance, compliance, and data protection. Represent the region in executive meetings, contributing to global strategy formulation. Track performance against KPIs, leveraging data and analytics for decision-making.
About You

10+ years' senior leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or tech services. Proven P&L ownership and track record of regional business growth. Experience leading remote and distributed teams across multiple countries. Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence. Familiarity with UK/EMEA markets and regulatory landscapes. Degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
