Job Description
This two-floor venue combines multiple restaurants, bars and a thriving events calendar - a high-volume, complex operation that needs a General Manager with the experience and energy to take full control.
The General Manager will lead the entire site, managing different concepts under one roof while keeping trading standards and compliance at the highest level. They'll conduct audits, work closely with Marketing, Events and Security, manage third-party partners, and ensure the venue is promoted and positioned as one of London's go-to destinations.
Customer engagement is key - this role needs a hands-on operator who enjoys being on the floor, building strong relationships and driving the guest experience. Commercial performance is just as important, with direct reporting to the Managing Director.
What we're looking for:
- Experience running large, high-volume venues - multi-site experience a real advantage
- Highly organised, strong communicator and natural leader
- Hands-on operator who thrives on the floor
- Comfortable with audits and improving processes
- Commercially and financially sharp
- Passion for hospitality, food and service
