Role Description
This is a full-time role for a General Manager based in south yorkshire, The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure service quality, and meet financial objectives. Responsibilities include developing and leading the team, managing budgets, overseeing guest satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain strict hygiene standards within the establishment
Coordinate food production processes to deliver quality dishes efficiently while managing costs effectively

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive reputation
