A unique opportunity is now available for a General Manager at Thames Motor Group Tunbridge Wells.

Thames Motor Group are main dealers for the exciting brands - Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep & Leapmotor. We are well established with over 50 years of trading and have been based on the North Farm Industrial Estate, Tunbridge Wells, Kent for nearly 30 years. We also have very successful sites in Slough, Berkshire.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, professional and motivated leader to work within our management team at our brand centre in Tunbridge Wells.

The successful candidate will join our multi franchise site to drive the business, lead and motivate the team.

The purpose of this role is to generate growth within the business in order to reach the sales and profit targets of the dealership.

Main activities include developing and motivating the current Managers, with a strong emphasis within the sales team. Managing all the departments activities, buying and selling used car stock, setting, tracking and meeting KPI objectives. Satisfying and retaining existing customers whilst developing new customer opportunities, as well as working effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

You must be customer focused, a great team leader and results driven with a background as a General Manager. Experience of Stellantis system and processes would be an advantage.
