The Mission
Bay38 is the creative engine of Walsall Wood Group, covering content, campaigns, and comms across the automotive and trade sectors. Under Bay38 sits
Clothing House
, a growing workwear brand supplying branded uniforms, embroidery, and custom bundles to garages, trades, and national groups.
You'll be running Bay38 with one simple focus:
sales-fuelled growth
. Clothing House sits within your remit, ready to scale under your lead. You'll hunt commercial opportunities, tender for bigger contracts, lock in recurring revenue, and help position Bay38 as the comms and creative powerhouse behind the entire Walsall Wood Group.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales & Tendering
Actively source and respond to B2B tenders (garages, franchises, education, industrial)
Pitch and close contracts for workwear, brand packages, and retained agency work
Identify and own high-value sales opportunities across sectors
Build a live, visible pipeline across both Clothing House and Bay38's creative services
Business Development
Launch internal campaigns to grow awareness of Clothing House within our network
Open up the Bay38 Media Room to trade clients, influencers, YouTubers, and B2B creators
Package and pitch creative services for growing companies: video, web, brand, comms
Be the person that brings money through the door
Operational Collaboration
Work with fulfilment and embroidery teams to ensure smooth, scalable delivery
Shape and improve how client briefs, approvals and production cycles are handled
Guide the team on setting up repeatable, margin-friendly systems for growth
Keep quality and speed high
Internal Comms Lead
Position Bay38 as the communications machine behind every Walsall Wood Group brand
Develop internal campaigns, launch support, and identity work for new ventures
Build influence with the founder and leadership team by making things happen
