We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader who is excited about

expanding our food offering

while continuing to deliver the

exceptional specialty coffee service

we're known for. You'll play a central role in shaping our customer experience and team culture as we continue to grow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering quality:

Ensuring every cup meets the high standards of Locale's specialty coffee offering while helping to elevate our food menu.

Team leadership:

Setting the tone for a positive, hardworking, and inclusive team culture. Our current team has exceptional retention - you'll be joining a workplace people love.

Rota building:

Creating fair, efficient schedules that balance business needs with team wellbeing.

Financial oversight:

Producing and analysing P&L reports, keeping the business commercially sharp.

Supplier relations:

Sourcing new food products and maintaining strong relationships to support seamless operations.

On-the-ground problem solving:

Taking ownership of challenges and turning them into opportunities.

Schedule:

Full-time, weekend availability required

Experience:

Management: 1 year (preferred) Supervising: 2 years (required) Specialty Coffee: 1 year (preferred)
