Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations in our establishment at The Pig & Pickle . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food safety and production. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our kitchen ,and service areas operate smoothly, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Manage food production processes, including preparation and cooking, to ensure quality and efficiency. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Implement training programmes for staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with bartenders to ensure a well-managed beverage service that complements the dining experience. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in food production and preparation techniques. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with kitchen operations in a hotel or similar environment is advantageous. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. loyal Organised Live in available if needed
