We are looking for someone to handle the day-to-day running of one of our locations. Responsibilities will include managing the site's personnel, physical and financial resources to improve the company's bottom line. You are also responsible for overseeing customer interactions and resolving any issues. In addition, you will interact with other managers across the organisation and liaise with external suppliers.

Experience requirements
Our GM should have worked in the hospitality or an associated industry for at least three years. Knowledge of speciality coffee and food preparation is preferred, but not essential. Possess a passion and knowledge for sustainability and the
'BEST MADE' philosophy as contained in our mission statement.
Education and training requirements
No formal qualifications are required, however a good understanding of hospitality management, health and safety and marketing is preferred. Food safety training will be provided if necessary.
To identify personal and staff training needs.
To coach and support new staff and trial shift candidates ensuring they are properly able to carry out the role assigned to them.
To support and take part in marketing initiatives to promote good PR and better sales. Monitor and encourage positive relevant social media posts.
You will be required to maintain good communications with the senior management team highlighting immediately any issues, which are or may become critical. To become fully conversant with our in the software applications used by the business and use them as required at all times to ensure the senior management are aware of each days trading and performance.
