We're now looking for a General Manager who's hands-on, passionate, and ready to make the place their own. Someone who can lead from the front, inspire the team, and help grow the business while keeping the atmosphere friendly and relaxed.

What You'll Be Doing

Running the pub day-to-day -- leading the team, managing shifts, and keeping standards high. Making sure guests leave happy, whether they're popping in for a pint or sitting down for dinner. Looking after the team -- recruiting, training, and keeping morale high. Keeping on top of the numbers: sales, stock, labour, and budgets. Working with the owner on ideas for events, menus, and promotions. Making sure we're fully compliant with all health, safety, and licensing requirements. Getting involved in the local community and helping the pub stay at the heart of it.
What We're Looking For

Experience running (or helping run) a busy pub or restaurant. A real people person -- great with both customers and staff. Organised, confident, and calm under pressure. Someone who takes pride in presentation, service, and teamwork. Strong understanding of how to balance quality, consistency, and profitability. A Personal Licence would be a bonus, but not essential.
