We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

General Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in food service and restaurant management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Duties



Lead and supervise all restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards. Manage team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene across the kitchen and service areas. Develop and implement operational policies to optimise productivity and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality ingredients and products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, culinary innovations, and hospitality best practices.

Qualifications



Proven supervising experience within the hospitality sector, ideally in restaurants or hotels. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative environment. Previous experience in restaurant management or culinary leadership roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Leadership qualities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and health & safety compliance requirements. Previous barista experience or serving background is advantageous but not essential. Pay: 22,000.00-35,000.00 per year
