environment.What You'll Be Doing:
Leading from the front
- setting the tone for a vibrant and welcoming cafe atmosphere.Bringing energy
- managing operations efficiently and proactively.Building mentoring your team
- developing skills, training baristas, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Making coffee with heart
- our single-origin coffee is at the core of what we do.Managing daily operations
- overseeing stock, deliveries, and accounting with precision (experience with Fourth systems is a plus!).Ensuring excellence in hygiene safety
- familiarity with Food Alerts - Alert 65 programme desirable.Collaborating with the Head Chef
- to drive the cafe's success.What We're Looking For:
