General Manager - UK Robinia

Location:

Southampton (SO30 3HZ) with occasional travel to Andover HQ

Hours:

8am - 5pm

Salary:

30,000 - 40,000 + Company Bonus Scheme (Based on Gross Profit Margin)

Holiday:

22 days + bank holidays (increasing by 1 day for each year of service)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on

General Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations at

UK Robinia

. This is a varied role requiring someone who's willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all business operations Drive business development and promote the company Manage procurement and the supply chain to ensure smooth operations Produce quotations and manage customer inquiries Liaise with accounts for invoicing and debt collection (handled by our sister company, Greenspan Projects Ltd) Pack orders and load transport using a forklift Occasionally take deliveries and manage warehouse logistics

Proactive and motivated with a 'can-do' attitude Strong people skills with a customer-focused mindset Practical and willing to get involved across the business Forklift licence holder (essential) Confident taking ownership and making decisions
