Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the bar and restaurant operations.

Oversee staff training, and development to maintain high service standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Manage inventory, suppliers, and procurement processes. Drive sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and excellent customer service. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand values. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure quality food preparation. Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency.

Pay: 30,000.00-33,800.00 per year
