An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our venues in Southport following an internal promotion. We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and continue delivering the exceptional service and high standards our guests expect.
About the Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of this busy hospitality venue, including the bar, restaurant, and events space. You will work closely with the Regional General Manager to implement strategy, maintain high operational standards, and drive performance across the venue.
This role requires a leader with an outgoing personality, high energy, and genuine passion for hospitality. You will inspire and develop your team to consistently deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve excellence in service and standards.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations across the bar, restaurant, and function areas.
Drive staff training and development, maintaining a strong focus on guest experience.
Deliver against financial targets while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Support and report to the Regional General Manager on performance, planning, and business growth.
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role within hospitality and must have experience of operating a variety of different types of events and functions.
Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and excellent communication.
Passionate about delivering high-quality service with attention to detail.
Commercially aware, with the ability to balance guest experience and business needs.
Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a genuine love for hospitality.
