We're now looking for an experienced

General Manager

to lead the crew, steer the ship, and continue building the Rapscallions legend in Southsea.

The Role

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the full operation of the venue - from the day-to-day running of the bar and restaurant to driving sales, maintaining impeccable standards, and leading your team with energy and purpose.

You'll take ownership of:

Delivering exceptional guest experiences every day. Leading, motivating, and developing your management and crew teams. Driving sales and profitability while managing budgets, GP, and labour costs. Overseeing all health, safety, and food hygiene compliance. Managing stock control, ordering, and cash handling. Implementing marketing, events, and local initiatives to grow the business. Being the face of Rapscallions Southsea - visible, approachable, and passionate about what we do.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

An experienced General Manager. Passionate about hospitality, service, and creating unforgettable experiences. Commercially savvy with proven success managing budgets and KPIs. Confident leading from the front and inspiring a team through busy service. Organised, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure. A natural people person with strong communication and leadership skills.
