General Manager / Sr. Solution Architect

Salary Range:

65,000 to 75,000 per year

General Manager / Senior Solution Architect

to lead our operations and drive enterprise-grade solution development and delivery. This hybrid role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in enterprise architecture, client relationship management, and business strategy. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on expert who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Management

Provide strategic leadership across business units to drive operational excellence. Oversee business development, client engagement, and partnership strategy. Develop and implement short and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals. Manage budgets, P&L, and ensure resource optimization. Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to foster growth and performance. Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead solution architecture reviews, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise standards. Stay ahead of technology trends and evaluate emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies. Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and enterprise projects. Deep expertise in solution architecture and enterprise system design. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and enterprise integrations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to problem-solve under pressure. Business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scaling operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, solution architecture, or enterprise-level project management. Experience in consulting, enterprise software, or managed services is highly desirable.
