Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a busy late night venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Manage and motivate team members, including chefs, servers, and other staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety standards across all departments.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards to optimise performance.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximise profitability.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality supplies at competitive prices.
Organise staff schedules, training programmes, and performance reviews to promote professional development.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the organisation's hospitality values.
Skills
Proven supervising experience within the food service or hospitality industry.
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Experience in food production, serving, barista duties, or kitchen management is highly desirable.
Leadership qualities with excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
