General Managers,or Team Principals as they're affectionately known,are the people absolutely accountable for the success of their Caffeine & Machine. Acting as owners,Team Principals work with full support,guidance and bags of autonomy.

GENERATING SALES GROWTH

Build tailored plans to grow repeat custom,and grow items sold that achieve budgets Represent C&M in the automotive community to attract new and cultivate existing member,customer,and collaborator relationships


OPTIMISE PROFIT

Utilise tools to maximise the trading margins and returns on expenditure Full P&L accountability
