Job Description

General Managers, or Team Principals as they're affectionately known, are the people absolutely accountable for the success of their Caffeine & Machine. Acting as owners, Team Principals work with full support, guidance and bags of autonomy.

GENERATING SALES GROWTH

Build tailored plans to grow repeat custom, and grow items sold that achieve budgets Represent C&M in the automotive community to attract new and cultivate existing member, customer, and collaborator relationships


OPTIMISE PROFIT

Utilise tools to maximise the trading margins and returns on expenditure Full P&L accountability

The UK was - and is - one of the leading automotive cultures in the world so, when, the brand needed its first residence - there was nowhere else it could be. The Hill - our affectionate name for Houndshill House - became it, our first permanent home. Like other C&Ms The Hill is coffee house, a bar, a restaurant.
