What You'll Be Doing:

Leading Restaurant Operations

: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, from dessert creation to customer service. Your strategic leadership will ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Customer Experience Champion:

Set the standard for exceptional customer service. You'll ensure that every guest leaves with a smile, creating a loyal following and a high standard for our brand.

Team Leadership & Development

: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Financial & Operational Success

: Manage budgets, Cost of sales, Staffing costs, keeping waste low and meeting P&L targets and drive sales to achieve financial targets. Your business acumen will be key in optimising operations and maximising profitability.
