Coordinate food production processes, ensuring high-quality culinary standards are maintained consistently.
Lead team management initiatives, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development programmes.
Monitor financial performance, optimise resource utilisation, and control costs effectively.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that promotes hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Organise special events or promotions to increase patronage and revenue streams.
Stay updated with industry trends to innovate menu offerings and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
Extensive restaurant experience with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
Demonstrable team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
Experience in food production management, including kitchen operations and culinary processes.
Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is desirable.
