Salary: IRO 65k + Bonus
An incredible opportunity for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take the lead at a 60-bed boutique hotel in North London. With a brand-new refurbishment and an exciting Californian/Mexican dining concept, this is the perfect role for a commercially minded leader ready to make an impact.
The Role:
- Oversee all F&B and Housekeeping operations
- Lead a 100-cover restaurant featuring a Tacos & Tequila concept
- Manage a vibrant bar and private function space
- Work alongside a strong team, including a dedicated Hotel Manager
- Drive commercial success and exceptional guest experiences
- Be part of a complete venue transformation and relaunch
- Work with a diverse guest base, including visitors from nearby gig & events venues
- Join an expanding hospitality group with clear career progression into operations
- Competitive 65k salary + Bonus
- Experience in a founder-led, independent restaurant, bar & rooms operation
- Strong background in hotel rooms management
- Commercially driven with a hands-on, leadership-first approach
