The Role:
As General Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring the seamless operation of this lively hotel, restaurant, and bar. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all hotel operations - from F&B to housekeeping, ensuring top-tier guest experiences.
• Running a high-energy, 100-cover restaurant - a concept with a strong existing customer base.
• Managing a thriving bar & private function space - curating an exciting drinks offering and events calendar.
