We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality sector, particularly within hotels and restaurants, and will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all operational aspects of the hotel or restaurant, ensuring efficient service delivery. Oversee food production processes while adhering to food safety regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Manage team performance through effective training, mentoring, and motivation. Assist in cooking and bartending as needed to support staff during peak times. Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships for kitchen supplies. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health standards. Prepare reports on operational performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels or restaurants. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership, with a focus on developing staff potential. Experience in food production processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. A passion for delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment.
