We have a Manager Position available in Warrington. The successful applicant will have full responsiblity for the smooth running of the pub, reporting to the Area Manager and Directors.

This is a 18.5% Live in vacancy and you are expected to have a sensible approach to your working pattern, including working busy weekend nights, bank holidays, Christmas period and any special events.

We want you to either bring or create a team that can drive a community business before its eventual refurbishment next year.

Desired Qualifications, Experience or Skills

Team Leader / Supervisor / Assistant Manager or Manager Experience Stock Management Cellar Management Rota Management and Shift Planning Strong IT Skills (training will be provided on our software system) Conflict Management Skills Emergency First Aid at Work Health and Safety including Risk Assessments Fire Safety, Manual Handling, COSHH, Ability to learn a small cocktail menu (10-12 cocktails) Understanding of Licensing Law Understanding an Environmental Health Budgets, Forecasting and Cash Handling Eye for Detail Staff Training and Development Skills Liaising with Local Responsible Authorities

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
